This policy explains how The Legal Network, run by Legal Growth, handles personal data submitted through this website. Please have it reviewed by your own adviser before relying on it.

What we collect

When you add a business, add an event or claim a listing we collect the details you enter, including your name, email address, phone number and business information, plus the consent choices you make and the time you made them.

How we use it

We use your details to review and publish your submission, to contact you about it and to keep the directory accurate. Business contact details you ask us to publish appear on your public listing. Your personal contact details as a submitter are not published.

If you opt in to marketing, we will also send you news about The Legal Network and our legal sector events. If you tell us you are interested in sponsoring or exhibiting, we will contact you about those opportunities. You can opt out at any time.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) and our customer relationship management system. We use Resend to send emails. These providers act as our processors.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@legalgrowth.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
